Join the Springfield Choral Society in celebrating the life and legacy of one of our capital city's greatest sons! Julius Rosenwald, who spent his childhood years living across the street from the Lincoln Home, went on to become the President of Sears, Roebuck, as well as one of America's most significant philanthropists. Among the long list of his philanthropic achievements, the building of over 5,000 schools for African-American children across the American South stands out. Come learn more about one of Springfield's finest in this exciting weekend of events!
